The Espic contact centre, which provides customer service for third parties, is closing its second year of activity with a growth in turnover and the number of employees. Espic is a company created by Andorra Telecom and the Medios ST society, located in the Els Arcs building in Massana.
Throughout 2017, the company has consolidated its portfolio of customers, which includes important multinational companies and local customers, and it has increased its turnover by 130%, earning 1.4 million and €287 in yields.
This increase in activity has been accompanied by an increase in the company staff. At the end of the year, the company had 59 employees, and was forced to expand its facilities onto a new floor of the building.
